LONG RESPONSE

1.) I have 3 stepsisters and one stepbrother living in Houston right now.
2.) I would go to the store and stock up on as much water and bread as I could then, I would make sure my entire family and I were together in our home. This is because I want to make sure everyone is safe with me.
3.) They should repair roofs of the houses that got destroyed by harvey.This is because many people don't have the money to fix these things.
4.) If it is private property then the person owning it should be the one paying for the damage.
5.) Im not sure if climate change played a part in this but if I had to say something about it I'd say yes because the climate change has been building up for a while now and this storm was one of the largest disasters America has ever faced.
