The Big day

This commercial started off with a man driving in his car, rushing to get somewhere. It cut scene to a woman in a wedding gown getting ready. The man whom was driving the car was wearing a tuxedo so, he must've been the groom. He was checking his watching speeding to get there as it seemed to be that the brides dad was watching time doing the same. United States drops atomic bombs on Hiroshima, Nagasaki: Japan surrenders to end World War II. 1945. At the time, the president was Harry S. Truman. He had been warned that there would be many U.S. deaths if we entered japan. A new weapon had been made, which was the bomb, would bring the war to an end. This is one of the top most important events. This because it caused Japan to surrender. It also lead into the age of nuclear weapons.  Japan bombs Pearl Harbor: United States enters World War II. 1941. On December 7th, 1941, Japanese fighter planes flew in to attack Pearl Harbor. America had been in a conflict for 2 years with japan. This is what made them join into war. This event is one of the top most important events. This is because it started World War II.
