LONG RESPONSE

1.) It was interesting because they had all said no yet Trump went against their opinions. I think that this is interesting because he went against the party and that isn't a normal thing that would happen when it comes to decision making in the Whitehouse.
2.)  I think his motivation was that this was his first time solving a democratic major dispute ever since taking office. I don't think he cared what the others thought and he just went with hid gut decision last minute.
3.) I think that they wouldn't like his decision and that they can't rely on him for taking their opinions on making an executive decision again. I think that because of this, they will definitely stay on their toes. This is because he went to democratic even though he is a republican.
4.) I don't think that this would benefit the U.S. I feel as if the two sides shouldn't be mixed yet, they were. I think that this will shake things up.
